Plain English on purpose. If you book a call or engage Meteorix, this is the deal.
Who you're dealing with
Meteorix is the consulting practice of Anuroop Bisaria, operating from India. "I" below means that person; "you" means the person or firm buying the service.
What the services are
Advisory calls, implementation engagements, and ongoing support retainers, as described on this site. Implementations and retainers are always scoped in a written proposal before any work or payment beyond the advisory call.
The advisory call
- ₹3,000, paid at booking, 60 minutes. The fee is credited against your first implementation project if we go ahead.
- Cancellations and reschedules: see the refund policy.
- You'll get my honest assessment, including "don't buy anything yet" when that's the answer.
What I advise on, and what I don't
I advise on AI tools and workflows: what to use, how to set it up, what not to trust it with. I am not a lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing I say is legal, tax, or financial advice. Your professional obligations, including confidentiality and bar or regulatory rules, remain yours; I'll flag where a question needs your lawyer or CA, not answer it for them.
Fees and taxes
Fees are quoted plus GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Razorpay; I never see or store your card or UPI details.
Confidentiality
Anything I learn about your firm and clients during an engagement stays confidential. I don't take copies of privileged client files; the setup work is designed so your documents stay on your machines.
Liability
The tools I set up are third-party products that change over time; I configure them honestly but don't control them. My total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for that engagement. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. The version live when you booked is the one that applies to that booking.
