Why I built this

I set this up for my dad first. He's a lawyer.

What he wanted was simple to say: all his documents and notes in one place, something he could ask questions and have it know his stuff. The tool that does that is called Claude Code.

He's not a coding guy. So why would he ever open something called Claude Code, and how would he have known it was the thing he wanted, when the name is telling him it isn't for him?

And supposing he'd gotten that far: on my laptop the whole thing took an afternoon. On his it stopped at step one, because it needed some programming tool he'd never heard of, which, of course, he didn't have. He's a lawyer.

That's the moment it clicked. The thing I'd assumed was easy was only easy because of a hundred small things I knew without realizing I knew them: which tool to reach for, what it quietly needs installed underneath, all of it. None of that is his job. It shouldn't have to be.

What I do

I look at how your firm actually works, then get the right AI tools running on your machines and connected to your real files. I write down how all of it works in language that assumes you're smart but not technical. Then I sit with your team until they're genuinely comfortable using it, not just nodding along.

No buzzwords. No "frameworks." I'm not going to sell you tools you don't need so the invoice looks bigger.

There are a lot of people right now calling themselves AI experts. They have a lot to say. Most of it is noise.

The tell is simple: when someone actually has something of value, they show you the thing.

When all they've got is a month of confident posts about the future of work, that usually tells you what's behind them, which isn't much. So I'd rather just show you what I've actually built than talk at you about transformation.

About

I'm a software engineer and data scientist. I published AI research in 2011 and have worked in the field professionally since 2017, which mostly means I was in it through the boring years, well before every business owner started being told they couldn't manage without it. What I keep running into is how wide the gap is between "AI exists" and "AI is running on your computer doing something useful." That gap is almost entirely small technical things: invisible if you do this for a living, a brick wall if you don't.

I take on a few clients at a time so I can do it properly. I'm not building a course, a community, or a coaching program. I set the tools up, and I make sure they work.

The tools don't sit still: new ones arrive, old ones age out. I keep your setup on the good ones and retire the rest, so you're never stuck on last year's. Optional, and most useful while the pace is still this fast.

All plus GST. The AI tools themselves are cheap (a few hundred to a couple thousand rupees a month) and you pay for those directly. My fee is the setup and the judgment, not the software.
