Refunds and cancellations

The advisory call (₹3,000)
- Cancel with 24 hours' notice or more: full refund. No questions, no forms; email hello@meteorix.in or cancel through your booking link.
- Need a different time? One free reschedule, with at least 24 hours' notice. After that, further reschedules are at my discretion.
- Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not showing up, uses up the booking and the fee isn't refunded. The slot was held for you; that's what the fee buys.
- If I have to cancel, you choose: a full refund or a priority reschedule.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
One more thing, because it's the honest version: if we finish the call and I've told you AI isn't worth your money right now, that's the product working, not grounds for a refund. You paid for the straight answer.
Implementation projects and retainers
These are governed by their own proposal and engagement terms, agreed in writing before any money moves. The advisory-call fee comes off your first project if we go ahead.
